Offers an opportunity for nonprofit executives to discuss board and organizational
challenges, test ideas, and discuss implementation of best practices tailored to your
organization with an experienced peer.
Two hours/month for 12 months included in Strategic Planning contracts; otherwise
contracted by the hour or by the month.
Community Development
Helps you engage your community in supporting healthy growth through collaboration.
Provided as full community engagement process identifying challenges and engage
community leaders in finding community-specific solutions, or as a more limited
introduction to community-based leadership that helps you set the stage for further
conversations, collaboration, and action.
Launching a Community Development Effort
Remote Management
Provide nonprofit management at the CEO/Executive Director level on a short- or long-
term basis, including in person engagement as desired.
